All that for jaywalking?

I’ve watched this video multiple times and I can’t fathom why the lady apparently seemed to start resisting arrest and why the cop felt threatened enough to punch that 17-year-old girl in the face. And all that for jaywalking? I’m sure it was a drug deal or something going on he could’ve been tackling.
I need to watch my setup because I’m always jaywalking…along with half of downtown. Getting punched in the face ain’t what I want!

I would have maced every damn body out there! Guess that’s why I’m not cop. Don’t start nothing…won’t be nothing. Simple as that.
